Special thanks to IGS, our presenting sponsor, Mayor Lee Gray and City Manager Bill Vance of the city of Pickerington and ALL the city staff which are too many to list by name that put in long hours helping make this event a success, Barry Damron and crew with Above Sound & Lighting that had a tough go with losing equipment and their stage, but came through like the professionals they are to still be able to provide incredible sound for all the bands, Tech Art Productions who reached out and brought a new stage and lights after the flood, ALL the sponsors that participated in the inaugural event and for understanding and working with us to ensure we had a great two days (please visit the sponsors page and be sure to visit their businesses and thank them), all the churches and community that helped and donated food and water, Romeo’s Pizza for providing food for our volunteers, the Pickerington Local School District for providing shelter and access to comfortable facilities to those affected by the flood, to the hundreds of volunteers that took time to work the event and to all the NEW volunteers that came to the rescue when the great flood of 2017 happened, Chief Taylor and Commander Cheney and their staff of the Pickerington Police Department for ensuring a safe and fun Picktown Palooza, to Violet Township Fire and Rescue that provided safety when things got a little scary, to all the news media that continued to provide updates about the event and our location change and to all our other partners that worked very hard to relocate to new grounds in a 24 hour period to be able to put the 2017 event on.
